Synergist Mobility Accelerator’s Workforce Education & Training Program strengthens talent pipelines by connecting education, applied research, and industry collaboration across transportation, mobility, and critical infrastructure systems. Through industry‑informed education, credentials, and hands‑on learning, we prepare participants to support smarter investments, cross‑modal coordination, and sustainable, resilient development across air, road, rail, marine, space, and infrastructure sectors.
Our initiatives include online courses, in‑person workshops and fellowships, industry‑specific immersion training, and the planned launch of a Mobile Learning Lab that will bring hands‑on education to K–12 campuses across Michigan and the Great Lakes region. Achieving this vision depends on strong philanthropic partnerships.
